HANDSTAND FLOW

In this 75 minute vinyasa yoga flow, we will strengthen our shoulders and core, open our hamstrings, and hop upside down into handstand several times.

PSOAS OPENIng & BACKBENDING FLOW

In this 1 hour feel-good vinyasa yoga flow, we will open our psoas, hip flexors, quads, chest, and front of our body. We will also get into some feel-good backbends. You'll leave feeling more open and blissful. Enjoy!

TRIPOD HEADSTAND FLOW + HEADSTAND PIKE-UP DRILLS

In this 1 hour vinyasa yoga flow, we will tighten our core and do a few fun drills in order to get us up into tripod headstand. This flow is great for building immunity and core strength!

Happy Hips Reggae Flow

In this 1 hour fun vinyasa yoga flow, we will open our hips and hamstrings, and get into birds of paradise and full splits. This is a reggae-inspired flow, expect to have to fun and move your hips around!

EKA PADA KOUNDINYASANA 1

In this 75 minute vinyasa yoga flow, we will strengthen our core and arms, and get into an arm balance - Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1.

KAPINJALASANA

In this 1 hour vinyasa yoga flow, we will open our heart and chest, strengthen our obliques, and get into kapinjalasana. This pose is a combination of a side plank, a backbend, and a shoulder opener.

Eka Pada Galavasana

In this 75 minute flow, we will open our inner and outer hips, strengthen our shoulders and arms, and get into eka pada galavasana, also known as flying pidgeon.
